Biography

Caitlyn Quartaroli is the Senior Litigation Intelligence Analyst at Paulos Law, P.A., where she plays an integral role in the firm's complex civil and anti-terrorism litigation practice. Drawing on her academic training and applied research experience in counterterrorism and criminology, Caitlyn supports the firm's mission of seeking justice and accountability for victims of terrorism and human rights abuses.

Caitlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park, one of the nation's top programs in the field. She also completed a Minor in Global Terrorism Studies through the university's nationally recognized National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) — a U.S. Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence. The START program provides advanced research and data-driven training focused on the causes, consequences, and prevention of terrorism, equipping students with specialized skills in threat assessment, extremism research, and security policy analysis.

Before joining Paulos Law, Caitlyn worked as an analyst intern at START, where she contributed to projects examining patterns of violent extremism, terrorist networks, and state-sponsored terrorism. Her work focused on identifying emerging trends and supporting research initiatives designed to inform counterterrorism policy and prevention strategies. These early experiences shaped her dedication to using evidence-based analysis in the pursuit of justice for victims of terrorism.

At Paulos Law, Caitlyn applies that same analytical precision to the firm's terrorism, human rights, and complex civil litigation cases. As Senior Litigation Intelligence Analyst, she conducts advanced research and analysis on terrorism, extremist movements, and transnational networks to support case investigation, discovery, and trial preparation. She evaluates legal precedents, drafts analytical reports, evidentiary briefs, and strategy memoranda, and collaborates closely with attorneys, experts, and clients.

Caitlyn's combined background in criminology, counterterrorism research, and applied litigation analysis enables her to bridge the gap between complex intelligence data and actionable legal strategy, contributing to Paulos Law's capacity to advocate for clients in some of the nation's most complex civil cases. She is deeply committed to supporting the firm's clients — survivors, veterans, and families impacted by catastrophic loss — with professionalism, compassion, and rigor.
